Successful Project Manager / Owners Rep for the OFCC that partners with local school districts to help manage their school construction process for the last 14 + years in the public sector. My career in construction started as a masons laborer and carpenter while attending Cleveland State University that later developed into a Project Manager in various degrees of commercial and residential construction in the private sector for 21 years. I've developed a skill set working with all types of individuals solving problems, setting realistic expectations and holding everyone accountable, including myself, for their performance on every construction project I manage.
