After a 37 year career as an attorney in the railroad industry I retired from active employment at the end of 2013. I now am a part time consultant to BNSF Railway. I advise BNSF on government affairs and public policy matters. In addition to my duties in Texas I will assist BNSF government affairs in New Mexico and other southwestern states as needed. I am licensed to practice law in Texas and am a registered lobbyist in Texas.
