Additional cost control measures ensured that this translated into a disproportionate increase in operating margins~ People: Built a stable, motivated team with the lowest attrition level and the best gender diversity across FCB India. The office also had one of the highest scores on employee satisfaction~ Client relationships: Improved engagement across key clients, stronger c-suit relationships, and ratings, not to mention additional business~ Brands: Focused, strategic, and timely integrated brand communication work resulting in key brands scoring significantly better than targeted benchmarksAchieving the above involved managing and actively mentoring a 50+ member team across Creative, Account Management, Account Planning, Digital, Commercial and Administrative functions.

As Vice President, the role involved providing brand stewardship and end to end marketing communications delivery for a diverse portfolio of clients across verticals, accounting for over 60 % of JWT Bangalore’s business.
