We are also in process of purchasing on behalf of customer long-lead items (coker heaters and reciprocal compressor) during this Phase.As a result of our performance prior to project suspension in 2014, customer awarded us a second project (Fuel Gas Conditioning) at start of Define stage in January 2016. This project was previously being done by competitor. Value of the combined projects is ~$255.0MM.

This included supervising the development of budgets and schedules, managing performance, reporting progress, and initiating action to assure project objectives and schedules were met and work performed within budget and according to specifications. • The Sutter project completed six (6) weeks ahead of the guarantee date and the Owner achieved commercial operation eight (8) weeks ahead of their commitment to California Energy Commission. This was in spite of a very competitive labor market in California due to the number of power projects at the time. The project also met its as-booked GM target through aggressive scope and contract management.

However, cost increases associated with the delays were fully recovered through responsible parties and management of insurance program.

The project received an award from Project Finance Magazine for financial innovation and received Bechtel’s Marketing and Business Development Award for the Latin American region. • Managed and won a competitively bid five (5) year Partnering Agreement with an important mid-Atlantic utility customer. Award was based on a creative incentive-based fee structure. During the period of performance, Bechtel was awarded 100% of incentive fees. • Negotiated on an open-book basis a sole source simple cycle combustion turbine project with an important mid-Atlantic utility customer. The customer was able to demonstrate competitiveness and prudence of the sole-source approach and win approval of the State Utility Commission. Bechtel was able to execute at significantly improved as-booked GM. • Executive Assistant to Bechtel Senior Vice President who was responsible of the Gaithersburg Regional Office (GARO). The GARO employed over 4000 people and had an annual operating budget of over $75 mm. Principal responsibilities included liaison with department and business managers to coordinate senior management objectives and monitor and analyze GARO office performance results.
