I have held a wide variety of positions within the Honda organization since 1981 that has not only given me national and international automotive business experience, but also the manufacturing, research and development and Tier 1 supplier levels. I have extensive experience in implementing, developing and maintaining the business activities of companies from the day to day activities to long term planning specialize in developing creative ideas and implementing them into new programs and policies. My experience of hands-on manufacturing and labor relations has contributed to my strong human skills that have developed my supervisory skills as a servant leader. I have used these leadership skills over the last 10 years as an officer and "public face" of a major Honda Tier 1 supplier and enjoy an excellent working relationship with the area's elected officials, education leaders, community leaders, industrial partners and the associates of the company
