Setup Learning platform for over 80,000 staff to learn and understand AI. • Recruit and manage a team of > 20 data scientists, data engineers, AI architect and ML engineer, managers, and administrative staff• Work with ecosystems to deliver POCs and Pilot implementation. • Setup Ethics, guideline, and governance for implementation AI.

• Implemented 3 Phases of ERP for over 60,000 employee enterprises on time and budget. Worked as a trusted business partner and consultants and client has continued my involvement as Time and Material full time Project Manager for 3rd phase of the ERP complex program.• Consolidate and migrated 5 areas of legacy systems (HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, Drug logistics, Financials into a single ERP platform• Program Managed multiple projects and act as Oracle Project manager conduit for contract negotiation and program monitoring
