Benchmark and analyze PCBA outsourcing price models & implement sourcing strategy co-defined with management team;Manage quotes, commercial terms & contract negotiation;Co-work with supply chain department on EMS supply chain and capacity management;Co-work with SQE and supply chain department on EMS quality assurance.

Establish Operation Plan of Record for new product programs, interface withmaterial planning organizations to establish material pipelines;Manage, coordinate, drive and motivate the NPI product transfer project team to execute the project objectives & goals. Liaise with OPS & R&D as well as the site functional departments to ensure NPI plan/ product transfer plan in each phase are executed per schedule, and finally release new product in manufacturing site to meet the schedule, costs and quality targets;As the key contact window of the project in manufacturing site managing contract manufacture, responsible to coordinate the manufacturing plan delivery, drive the manufacturing plan to be executed in SZ site on time.Maintain and publish the project status with clear schedules, timelines and ownership, driving each phase design change to be released into Agile system and implemented on schedule;Participate and drive manufacturing readiness reviews of all NPI’s;Ensure all the assembly equipment, tooling & fixtures be calibrated timely, functional and correctly used on production line, and meet the capacity requirement, manage operating expense & capital expenditure budgets consistent with company strategic and operating business plans, handle each NPI build RFQ;Ensure new product yield is on track and continuously support yield improvement and cost reduction, also continuously to coordinate and support the quick resolution of the new production issues related to test, yield, quality, material, capacity and reliabilities etc.; Update and provide feedback on projects thru metrics; Identify and manage project related risks and facilitate the team in resolving roadblocks. Communicate progress within the team as well to the organization, team meeting minutes and weekly report;7 JDM projects delivered to GA.

Work with R&D,PE,QA to establish operation plan of NPI programs;Develop and maintain of LCM checklist, providing daily build updates and shipment commits;Establish and manage material supply chain for development builds and pipeline launch material;Follow up on of teams deliverables and ensure completed on time: Build cost reviews, equipment orders, DFx, BOM reviews;Drive Transfer Gate / Exit Review decisions around Rev. Capability;Feed NPI capacity requirements into overall sustaining capacity calculations;Justify forecast & manage material/capacity in mass production phase;Coordinate with material/production control team to achieve on time delivery.Lead team to improve the process continuously and host quarterly business review with IBM/Intel;More than 10 projects managed from NPI to EOL.
