I have spent the last 20+ years developing software in multiple industries and across multiple roles. From C, C++, Java to C#, I've worked as a freelancer, consultant, business analyst, technical lead and solution architect. I have extensive experience in all level of the software development stack, in waterfall model, Agile and hybrids. I have experienced and proven resilient to countless mergers and restructures, transition from waterfall to agile in large and small teams. I have spent over 10 years working with spatial technologies and developing spatial software. For the past few years, I have been leading the AIMS3D (3D Asset Inspection and Management System ) and VAA (Virtual Asset Assessment) team as a Solution Architect/Team Lead and Line Manager, responsible for solving complex spatial problems, translating business values into solutions, resolve conflicts, technology selection, team building, mentoring, career development and training. I am a strong believer in bottom-up leadership, lead by example and empowering my team through knowledge share and collaboration.
