I am a Senior Business Consultant to small to medium sized business owners in multiple channels. My responsibilities include advising, constructing and implementing solutions in areas such as cash management, strategic planning, tactical execution, budgeting, forecasting, succession planning, change management and organizational structure.

Responsibilities include all operations in both seasonal and year-round Retail store locations, along with all operations in seasonal stand and tent locations in a 13 state territory.

Responsible for E Commerce, Real Estate, Construction, Distribution and Loss Prevention in addition to business strategy and new business opportunities. Previous responsibilities before being promoted into this position included all aspects of Store Operations.

Complete P&L accountability for store operations in areas that include selling cost, shrink, gross margin, supplies, repair and maintenance, construction, capital expenditures and store technology. Functions include sales, finance, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, strategic planning, store communication, real estate, construction, indirect purchasing, process improvement, store development, store technology and human resources.

Responsible for daily sales and operations of over five hundred stores in both mall-based and off-mall athletic big box retail stores with annual sales volume close to $1B. Supervised five Regional Vice Presidents and the Vice President, Store Operations in an organization with approximately 10,000 associates.Bottom-line and executional accountability in areas that included selling cost, shrink, supplies, fixtures, maintenance, capital expenditures, bonuses and incentive programs.Accountable for the store-level execution of all organizational initiatives, programs and projects via coordination with the internal Operations team, the Field Operations team and the Senior Management team. Functions included strategic planning and execution, customer experience, selling cost management, sales planning and forecasting, incentive programs and contests, bonus system structures and processes, general process improvement, field level support and expense management, IS project implementation, associate and executive training, loss prevention initiatives, store-level communication processes, visual and marketing initiatives, department budgeting, event management, critical business analysis, outside vendor relationships and action planning. The position moved from Dallas, TX to Mahwah, NJ in July 2002.

Positions included Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Store Trainer, District Manager, Regional Manager of Operations, Regional Manager of Human Resources and Regional Vice President.
