I oversee the Interactive Digital Department. It is my pleasure to guide the many talented developers of leading edge technologies using best-practice processes. Though we love WordPress we are experienced with Drupal, Joomla, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Magento, and several other applications.I started with Pace in June of 2016 as a contractor. In November of that same year I was invited to join this excellent staff as a Senior Developer. I use HTML(5) for the basic framework and layout of the webpage(s). I color them in, make them responsive and dynamic, and enhance their appeal with CSS(3). I create custom logos, formatted graphics, and color schemes using Adobe products like Photoshop, Fireworks, and Kuler. Then I often add form validation, animation, and functionality with jQuery and JavaScript. I fill in the data of, or store user data inputs from, the webpages dynamically using PHP on the backend to access stored information, or record new information in a MySQL or Oracle database.

• Responsible for developing and updating enterprise intranet applications that were written in both Procedural and Object Oriented Programming in PHP and JavaScript.• Demonstrated the ability to track down bugs, add updates, and develop new applications from work orders that were presented verbally, by email, through Sharepoint “tickets,” and/or new requirement documentation.• Accessed and made changes to the code base through an IDE, typically Netbeans 7.4, and through a Linux terminal interface. Also used Eclipse, KohanaEdit, and Notepad++ software to modify code base.• Used PHP to write and test updates, fix bugs, and create new applications for the Intranet application on a daily basis.• Used Ext JS 4 to present JavaScript code to create, update, fix, and test the presentation layer for the Intranet application on a daily basis.• Used Oracle SQL to retrieve, manipulate, and store data in the database according to the requirements of the current change or update in the code base and to verify that the data was being reported properly.• Used HTML and CSS to create, update, fix, tweak the presentation layer of the code base when necessary.• Implemented changes to both Procedural and Object Oriented Programming in MVC framework using NetBeans to manually write code in PHP and JavaScript via Ext JS 4.• Documented all work made to the code base to explain why the update was done and to explain how the update corrected the problem and where the update was applied in the code base. • Submitted all changes to the code base via Apache Subversion version control system.• Collaborate with senior management and other developers both locally and internationally on projects and presentation for users.• Use Sharepoint project management system to track and complete assigned projects daily.
