Most kids dreamed of being astronauts, fighter pilots, or famous performers. I wanted to be a family law attorney. I was trained by family judges and the top family law practitioners in the state. My expertise is research and analysis in all areas of Family Law. I have offered my abilities in the private and non-profit sectors, and have drafted for the Family Court. Today, my articles can be seen on the local Patch sites, published in about thirty cities in Metro Detroit. I recognize domestic matters require a special lawyer to help people through difficult periods. I always aim to be loyal and compassionate to my clients' needs and serve the true role of “counselor,” chiefly through my ability to explain the law. I believe uncertainty is the root of discontent. That is why I have spent my entire career organizing family law in a comprehensible manner. I sustain credibility among my peers, judges, and clients the best way I know; by telling the truth, and supporting my statements with citations to written law.I attended Brother Rice High School and earned a B.A. in Prelaw-Humanities at Michigan State University. I earned my Law Degree in the top 28% of my class at the University of Detroit Mercy School Of Law. I was awarded a scholarship and number one rankings in Family Law, Family Law Firm Program, Small Law Firm Program, and International Law. I also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Family Law.
