Provide program management and administrative supervision of those staff performing human resources work in the program areas under the incumbent's area of responsibility. The incumbent is the senior subject matter expert in assigned program areas and advises managers locally and nationally within the Community Care organizations within the Department of Veterans Affairs. These organizations are comprised of approximately 25 customer organizations locatedthroughout the United States and include approximately 8600 employees. Theseagency-wide level organizations have established agreements with WorkforceManagement to receive servicing through Workforce Managements shared servicehuman resources business line. Support is also provided to Office of Information &Technology (OI&T) staff at the previously referenced organizations’ locations.
