Acted as Lead Product Distribution Engineer for the Enterprise Software Management Branch. Managed the implementation of web pages and the administration of pages for the web based application AFCEDS specifically designed and developed for staging software for downloading for all Business Enterprise Systems (BES)/non-BES applications and software/network patches to base-level and Integrated Network Operations Security Centers (INOSC) users across the globe. Manually distributed software/patches using FedEx/Express Mail services when required. Maintained a 99.8% uptime of the AFCEDS server. Maintained TCNOs, Maintenance Tasking Order (MTO), Cyber Control Order (CCO) and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) configuration requirements for all network devices assigned to me. Ensured network devices met requirements within timelines set by Gunter Information Assurance Operations (IAO). Developed and maintained work-related documentation (OIs, checklists, work tickets, change requests, training material, and project test results) ensuring 100% accuracy, and meeting deadlines for each delivered item. Administered and maintained 2 SQL databases which provided tested and validated security/network patches to NOSCs and base-level field users. Uploaded monthly Microsoft security updates to AFSUP website providing critical AF Enterprise updates.

Managed over 20 multifaceted personnel to include GS, Contractors, and Air Force personnel to ensure network availability/integrity/confidentiality (AIC) for the AF provisioned portion of the DoD Global Information Grid (AF-GIG). Monitored and ensured AF compliance with Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO) requirements. Oversaw the production and distribution of NetOps Tasking Orders (NTO), TCNOs and Command, Control, Communications Computers Notice to Airman (C4-NOTAM) to provide effective, efficient, secure, and reliable communications on the AF-GIG.
