I completed an extensive cybersecurity analyst training with the Cyber Shujaa program cohort 4. This comprehensive training equipped me with practical skills in identifying vulnerabilities, conducting penetration tests, network analysis, threat analysis, incident response, and mitigation strategies.Working closely with industry experts and program peers, I engaged in real-world simulations and case studies, honing my problem-solving abilities in dynamic cybersecurity scenarios. The mentorship and guidance provided by experienced professionals further deepened my understanding of emerging cyber threats and best practices for safeguarding digital assets.I also gained expertise in malware analysis, digital forensics, secure coding practices and application security. Roles and Responsibilities: -Support users in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Office suite, printers. -Troubleshooting, configuration and providing first level support of KPLC systems such as SAP ERP and Microsoft 365. -LAN and WAN cabling, structured cabling and wireless networking, trunking, ethernet termination and replacement of faulty connectors. -Fiber splicing and testing fiber loss using the OTDR to ensure fiber loss is not above the acceptable range. -Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance duties on KPLC ICT equipment, installation, maintenance and repair of various communications networks (IP Telephony, Network Switches). -Performing user data backups before formatting their computers, installation of operating systems, adding computers to the KPLC domain, installing and configuration of Fortinet suite (FortiClient, FortiGate and FortiNAC).
