Lead and participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA). Job duties include planning and scheduling for a major turnaround scheduled to start the first quarter of 2006. The project scope was to prepare the refinery for a five year run with no shutdowns. Responsibilities included coordinating and scheduling the retrofitting or replacement and installation of approximately 250 control valves. Coordinated the procurement and scheduling of all flow orifices and restrictor orifices to be replaced. Coordinated the procurement and scheduling of all transmitters to be upgraded, relocated, and repaired. I assisted with three major capital projects along with numerous smaller capital projects going on during the 31-day turnaround window. Estimated time and material for each activity then purchase all required material. After the planning and scheduling phase assumed the construction/coordinator role for the turnaround
