•To source, secure and maintain business links in the commercial and industrial property finance market.•To source, secure and maintain business links with internal business units.•To achieve set targets in respect of new business and return on capital employed.•To assess and critically analyse applications for finance in the commercial property market, focusing on the large and medium business market.•To compile both property reports and credit applications on a professional and informed basis, conforming to required CPF standards and procedures.•To provide efficient and skilled input to both applicants and the Bank in a highly competitive market within prescribed time frames.•To ensure that technical knowledge and skills in property finance are maintained and improved
