As a passionate and dedicated consultant at BTS, my mission is to help organizations unlock their full potential and drive meaningful change. With a background in entrepreneurship and strategic management, I bring a unique blend of analytical prowess, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of human dynamics to deliver tailored solutions that address clients' specific needs.I graduated with an MBA from Florida A&M University, where I had the opportunity to compete as a Division 1 golfer and serve as the team captain for two years. My leadership on the golf course allowed me to help shape the core of the team and develop essential skills that I now apply in my professional life.Outside of my work at BTS, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. I actively participate in charity work for an organization called Fathers, Brothers, & Sons, which focuses on guiding young men towards a successful future by teaching them valuable life skills, ranging from public speaking to tying a tie.At BTS, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries, allowing me to expand my knowledge and hone my skills in strategy development, process improvement, and change management. My natural curiosity and commitment to learning have led me to consistently seek out new challenges and perspectives, ensuring that I remain well-equipped to address the ever-evolving needs of our clients.I believe that collaboration and open communication are at the heart of any successful engagement.
