In my role as Acting Executive Director of Learning and Development, I'm delivering transformative learning programs across Transport for NSW. The L&D team I lead is accountable to deliver a diverse range of learning programs to ensure employees of Transport for NSW are fully competent to serve the people of NSW. This includes both enterprise and accredited learning, the latter delivered through the Transport for NSW RTO.
