1. 10 Months employed as a teacher in secondary schools, learnt how to train people towards certain goals and how to manage agriculture departments in high schools. 2. Did a paper on factors affecting adoption of drip irrigation in a semi-arid region, gained skills on proposal project writing, data correction, analysis using SPSS and presentation of analyzed data.3. 3 months working as assistant agricultural officer, learnt all the necessary skills required to administer agricultural extension services to farmers, and how to cope with challenges in the field work.4. 3 months working with National Agricultural and rural inclusive growth project assisting in the implementation of the project, learnt how to control soil erosion in very steep farms.5. almost three years working with Kenya Cereals Enhancement Program as a research assistant. I gained more skills on how to tackle challenges experienced during field work, collection and cleaning of data before submitting it for analysis.
