I have successfully completed a three year study in the field of Electronics and currently hold two diplomas, Electronics Engineering Technician (CO-OP) and Electronics Engineering Technologist, both accredited by Niagara College of Welland Ontario Canada. Upon graduation I was imminently recruited by Design Group, a placement agency recruiter, and was hired on as an Electrical Technician with Liburdi Automations of Stoney Creek Ontario Canada. I completed an eight month employment contract and was hired on permanently for their custom project builds.Since my hire I have been part of several large scope projects tasked as an assembler and presently fulfill a lead technician roll unofficially. I have also crossed trained with a few departments providing me with the opportunity to travel for the company. I’ve had the pleasure to interact with client’s form our own backyard in Ottawa and Montreal for maintenance work and in our neighboring country of the Untied States in Oklahoma and internationally to China in Beijing, Taishan, and Hong Kong for support work on inactive nuclear sites. In addition to my recent employment experience, my studies extended to included clean room fabrication procedures and various manually assembled electronic components on printed circuit boards using surface mount and through hole technologies, hybrid microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly and soldering. Moreover, software packages explored during my studies include AutoCAD 2006, MAX+PLUS II BASELINE, VHDL Coding, Eagle CAD Package, and RS Logix 500/5000, C++, VB.Net.As a member of any team, I continue to uphold the mentality that hard work and a positive attitude are key elements of success. I pride myself on honesty, integrity, and dedication. I am a friendly and enthusiastic worker who is highly dependable and flexible; works well both independently and in a team dynamic; learns quickly, and follows directions closely and carefully.
