I am a Time and Attendance Director for Coastal Payroll in San Diego, Ca. I lead a team who creats, builds, implemens, and trains our clients, nationwide, on timekeeping and labor procedures. I am currently using the iSolved /HCM system.I have over 15 years of experience in management; Human resources, marketing, sales, and retail. I have proficient computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of HR in many retail industries. Working as a manager has given me the ability to proactively manage multiple issues and assignments. I have a solid history of producing results within a limited budget. I have successfully managed a staff of over 400, and I have dealt effectively with customers, managers, and executives on a regular basis.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other managers.
