Dennis Odegaard has over 22 years of Electric Utility experience, specializing in distribution operations, distribution design, project management, and customer services. Prior to joining Primera Engineers, Dennis spent a year consulting for utilities and helped run the ReliabilityOne program which identifies and celebrates the most reliable utilities in the US. Previously he managed a Large Customer Services team at ComEd, servicing and meeting the needs of the Utility’s large commercial and industrial key customers including DER integration, energy efficiency programs, and addressing power quality and reliability concerns. Dennis also spent over 16 years in various capacities providing new service to Utility New Business customers at ComEd, from design to completion of service via project managing, and team managing. Dennis is also versed in business financials, outage management and restoration, reliability systems and processes.
