Dennis holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. A career Management and Human Resources practitioner, with diverse working experience across the governmental and private divide. He had a meritorious military service (Nigerian Air Force) and thereafter had 13 years professional services experience at Andersen Nigeria and KPMG Professional Services, where he had extensive exposure to people services and general management processes and practice. His skills also extend to developing financial, budgeting and cost control processes and procedures. He is an able influencer with a flair for building, leading and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives. Currently, Dennis seats at the apex of Practice Management Support at Stransact as Director, to ensure alignment of People Services initiatives, procedure and continuous process improvement with firm-wide goals, departmental plans, tactical activities and individual contributions in support of a People First culture to maximize individual and organizational performance.
