Lead several classified and unclassified programs performing Modeling, Simulation and Analysis of various Space, Air and Ground architectures to satisfy national needs. Interface routinely with senior Gov't and Industry officials in performing technical and cost trade decisions. Manage all aspects of Cost, Schedule and Performance on specified projects and programs. Build technical/management proposals; Perform bid/no-bid recommendations for future acquisition efforts.

Led joint National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) System Program Office consisting of 82 personnel responsible for delivering next generation ground system for existing and future overhead persistent GEOINT programs.

Led 18 person lab, industry and joint gov't team to develop ground program for NRO's next generation GEOINT system.

Led gov't program office team and directed priorities for 500+ contractor team responsible for delivering the next generation NRO satellite system. Activities included R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, integration and test.

Led Congressional interactions for 15+ Air Force Space Programs; orchestrated media roundtables and interviews for executives. Headquarters Air Force lead for Space Launch and Range capabilities and future resource needs.

Led Program administration activities (personnel, studies, audits, corporate actions and communications, and interactions with Director of NRO staff) for five site space launch organization.
