He managed to streamline and add a structure in IDC operations, as a result performance of IDC team (an issue project had for years) started to improve. He managed to build excellent relations with his counterparts from client side and received well-deserved recognition from the client. In addition he managed to fix old issue with transparency of operations in IDC by creating and enforcing number of reports and KPIs. As a result throughput problems of IDC team became visible, so project got an empowerment to implement improvements. Also Dennis conducted good knowledge transfer with his IDC counterpart in order to enable IDC to work more independently from onshore team."
