Coordinate distribution of all incoming communication, including phone, fax, mail network printer, Stores Portal, e-mail.Review Stores Portal “Recently Added Documents” twice daily (morning before store opening & late afternoon) and printing/distribute essential reports from Stores Portal to executive team.Complete and distribute Daily Star Store newsletter and distribute other employee communications.Service all customers who visit the Store Manager's office for assistance.Handle all customer correspondence.Maintain store bulletin board program.Organize weekly store recognition rallies.Administration of the Safety program and accident reporting process.Review O/S weekly with cash office staff and/or analyst weekly.Keep non-payroll supply budgets logs and balance store checkbook.
