Worked in Upstream Process Development designing studies for scaling up production of ONCR-177 platform.• Learned and operated iCELLis Nano as an evaluation of iCELLis 500 as a potential scale-up technology for Vero adherent cell culture for Phase 2, observing up to 4x Phase 1 viral titer on the bench. Performed protein analysis on proteins OspE1 and S0162 via co-immunoprecipitation and western blot.• Designed study to visualize colocalization of OspE1 and S0162 in Shigella. Purified cell membrane fractions to isolate protein. • Determined optimal capture methods for OspE1 and S0162 as anti-His and anti-flag agarose. Redesigned cell growth conditions and centrifugation methods based on western blot results.

Taught mathematics to students in grades 1 through 8 with Mathnasium’s intuitive model.
