Conducting research into the current organizational identity and the ideal organizational identity of A-Point B.V. Presented a report of advice about which actions to be taken to realize progress towards the ideal organizational identity.Most important results: - A 77% response to an online survey among all employees.- Presentation of the research to the management with the resulting recommendations, which led to immediate actions and several projects have been put in motion. - Two out of three more detailed recommendations were direct and without any adjustments adopted and followed.

Taking care of the daily scheduling of temporary employees for a production company, recruiting new employees from both local market as from abroad and doing any other human relationship activities.Most important results:- Filtered all of the existing employees on deployment, motivation, quality and reliability.- Expanded the workforce with new temporary employees.- Created the willingness and acceptance among the temporary employees that they would be more flexible over several departments within the factory and that they would not be able to work whole weeks always.
