I facilitate meetings for The Home Depot including running sound, lighting, display, and video components. I work alongside the in-house broadcast facility to insure video and audio quality. I also troubleshoot issues with installed equipment and perform preventive maintenance. I collaborate with clients and designers on facility needs and work with install teams to insure proper execution of install plans.

My position at the Home Depot Store Support center requires me to operate, install, service and repair complex electronic AV systems. I fabricate and modify existing AV systems to meet all client requests and expectations. I communicate effectively with a diverse clientele including written and oral communication. I maintain good interpersonal relationships with my clients. I perform complex and time-critical tasks effectively with little or no supervision.
