Coaches must work with teachers on understanding the data, identifying the skills that need to be retaught, creating lessons based off of the data and to help students to better understand and monitor their data.Responsible for creating curriculum as needed. Receive teacher requests for student placement in the tuoring classes, and organize and maintain the rolls for 50 different tutoring classes. If a student is absent from school and tutoring, I meet with the student and assign them their consequence in accordance with our school's behavior policy. Also, handle many, if not all, minor student code of conduct infractions and meet with parents, teachers, and counselors to determine the proper behavioral intervention.Compile attendance, academic and behavioral data and present findings and trends to the principal and the school department heads.
