Together with a faculty-led team, we built a 1-meter and several 1 feet soil columns to test the permeability of soil using constant and falling head test. Through staining and sampling of the soil-filled columns, my team and I test bacterial growth and film growth. We hope to have an impact on dam remediation through the use of bacterial growth.
