Acting as dual brand for CMA CGM Brazil and Mercosul Line. Vessel planning for both brands.Optimizes vessel stowage to ensure that all fleet vessels are able to load maximum cargo volume, with minimum operational costs; Follow up on the stowage plan sent to terminals to ensure billing for CY work done is corresponding with previously sent by planner. Manages all ETA/ETD communication to vessel/terminal/agency. Focal point for maintenance of schedule on website and CMA CGM schedule system; Creating at GSIS (Maersk system)/C-Voyage/LISA vessel rotation, schedule voyage, phase in/out, daily position; Follow up vessel daily rotation; Comunicate terminal, internal/external stakeholders Mercosul about any voyage plan, contigency, short and long term schedules; Support on capacity task, consolidating all weekly/monthly volumes reports; Preparing IBRs compilation of data from bookings system E-cargo, pre-load and final load data from baplies, transhippment plan, feeder and waiver requests, empty repositioning plans; Consolidating cargo feeder entire process after loading (request program, allocation analysis and report) and interfaces with Line, CS, Documentation and TnM; Preparing instructions for cargo transhippments from E-cargo along the terminal operators and River Plate; Updating and sending IBR volume to capacity and control; Monitors bookings and optimises space by adjusting allocation between load ports; Adjust cargo loading (Transshipments, rolling) in with TNM;

Analyzed and performed adjustments and preventive and corrective maintenance on the track speed measuring equipment, made reports to superiors through excel with data of each equipment. Was responsible for the maintenance of 2 (two) contracts (CET-Santos / SPMAR-Rodoanel). I worked with the client to solve problems.
