Build Schedule and adjust scope, cost to scheduled activities. Update trackers to budget, schedule daily. Track progress on man hours earned and quantity installed, create lost log and update schedule with lost hours. Revise and distribute ISO and P&IDs on Civil and Mechanical projects. Work with company management to ensure the schedule reflects actual work, planning for material and value of work (VOWD) completed. Track progress on man hours earned, quantity installed, Lost time Log, material, equipment, and GBI equipment. Weekly Reports on Client Update (Schedule, Quantity in volume installed and Lost Time Report.) Attend weekly meetings with client.
