-Responsible for channel management across Asia Pacific- Responsible for devlopment and implementation of digital sales: E-commerce platform (Internal /external customers) / Product Authencity program.- Traditional and digital marketing program implementation.- Propose AP growth strategies and implementation- Develope and implement regional pricing- Mentor to functional managers.

- Develops and implements strategic roadmap including Sales, Marketing, Product Management and SCM for growth of the Automotive Aftermarket business division in South East Asia. - Propose and manage operating budgets (P&L, Inventory and Collections) of SEA Automotive Aftermarket division. - Channel Management: Channel evaluations, conflicts, pricing policies.- Inventory Management: Optimize SCM process to improve availability and profit maximization.- Product portfolio expansion: Improve product and services offering to customers by conducting product gap analysis and developing new products to fill the market needs with Product development team.- Processes – Process analysis, enhancement and implementations.- Marketing- Develop joint marketing activities inclusive of exhibitions, training seminars, dealer promotional activities.- Coordinate with global business units including Automotive OEMs/OES and Industrial for joint market expansion.-Training and development of staff.

- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans for SEA Industrial division- Develops and manages sales operating budgets of SEA Industrial division. - Directs market channel development activities in various heavy industrial sectors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals

- Directing strategy towards the profitable growth of Industrial and Automotive in Indonesia- Assuming full accountability to the regional HQ for all company operations; - Representing the company to major customers and professional associations; - Building and maintaining an effective local executive team.
