About Dennis Smits

Hi, my name is Dennis, I am a certified Salesforce Architect working in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. For more than six years, I have been working on Salesforce implementations for multinationals, medium-sized businesses, and startups. My main focuses are the Salesforce CRM clouds such as the Service, Sales, and Community cloud. My work on these projects varies from improving Salesforce for specific business needs and to integrating external systems to create a 360 view for the customers.
