Managed sixteen direct reports, production of 35,000 MCFPD and a capital budget of ~$100MM. • Directed multiple prospect evaluations resulting in 25 BCF+ of reserves and a $17MM acquisition of 6 BCF of reserves. Developed Bakken Shale play that led to $300MM sale.• Managed revamped reserve reporting process and hired new auditor. Eliminated performance revisions that avoided negative reporting and penalties. Created reserve replacement of 160% and Probable/Possible reserves of 100 BCF.
