• Provide extensive technical support to various departments by gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and designing new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.• Responsible for writing business and technical requirements after reviewing the business requirements.• Troubleshoot applications issues with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction.• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for department engagements.• Prepare detailed flow charts, reports and diagrams that constitute a representation of all systems in terms which Managers or non-data processing personnel can understand.• Help develop proposals for modified or replacement systems and presenting project feasibility reports.• Determine end user requirements by facilitating meetings, using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and task and workflow analysis.• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.• Develop, review, modify and document Standard Operating Procedures for IT functions within the organizational unit.• Design and support solutions utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Microsoft SharePoint.
