 Lead Material planning, purchasing, stockroom, Customer service. Inventory control and maintenance / cycle counts.  Coordinate with department heads to facilitate on-time delivery. Configure BOM’s and create new part numbers when needed. Run MRP reports for production planning needs and for material availability. Coordinate with purchasing for any shortages that need expedited. Schedule production, open / release work orders as needed. Data entry for daily transactions to insure data integrity. Shipping and receiving functions and duties Continue process improvements. Process RMA’s and ECO’s when needed in a timely manor.

 Responsible for all purchasing and material management.  Lead person over all warehouse, stockroom, and production teams. .  Oversee all material movement in and out of company.  Customer service, order taking, accounting duties as needed.  Negotiate with vendors and freight carriers for best pricing.  QC work and process RMA’s and ECO’s as needed. Schedule, open and release work orders, daily data entry.  Inventory maint & control / cycle counts / monthly & annually. Shipping and receiving functions load and unload trucks.
