§ Program the POS system to incorporate new menus, menu items and pricing as required to support change requests, periodic price increases, limited time offers (LTOs) and new store openings.§ Establish and maintain separate price tiers and configuration settings by brand, market, region and/or store type, including sales tax rates/rules and kitchen routing schemes. Manage data sets and configuration files centrally utilizing enterprise management tools.§ Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure the programming changes provide the desired operational results in the restaurants§ Research and resolve daily sales reconciliation and credit card settlement issues.

§ Establish current and long-range department objectives, plans and projects§ Hire, supervise and train a Help Desk team supporting up to 175 locations§ Manage corporate and remote servers including pro-active maintenance, updates, and backups§ Create all changes to POS database including updates, menu screens, promotions and pricing§ Conduct controlled testing of software upgrades, new applications and operating systems upgrades§ Responsible for PCI compliance including system configuration and required audits§ Maintain accurate corporate hardware asset inventory and software licensing records§ Purchase or lease all technology related hardware and software§ Test, schedule and manage the rollout of all POS software updates and concept changes§ Negotiate data/voice communications and hardware maintenance contracts§ Prepare and manage expenditures of a department budget of 1 – 1.75 million annually as well as varying CAPEX budgets§ Design, test, plan implementation, document and deploy new Restaurant systems§ Responsible for all installations of POS hardware, Security/Cameras in new or remodeled stores§ Installation, support and media management of NEC Digital Signage solutions
