Growing up I always wanted to be a police officer. I took roles in the corporate world (Prudential Insurance) early on and became an annuity underwriter. However it left me unfulfilled in wanting to "fight the good fight." My father told me the old adage one day, "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." So I followed my heart and went into law enforcement. 28 years later, I am a Cold Case Detective with 18 years of experience investigating major crimes with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. I have been involved in some of the most high profile cases since then and I still love doing it. Looking at retiring in 2026 where I'll have served my community for 30 years. I want to leave a legacy as an honorable public servant who has provided justice for many of my victims' families. #weneverquit
