Project: The project consists of several streams separated by application business purposes, skillset, team locations, etc. Many clients widely use applications developed within the scope of the project across the world. Monthly usage reports show the stable growth of popularity of the products. Team Size: Streams breakdown (34 team members in total).Tasks performed: • Communication daily with stakeholders (executive, middle mgmt, support teams, devs, QAs). Set up and facilitated milestones demo meetings involving the executive level stakeholders. • Set up the process of working with 3rd party vendor which is providing the rendering• Resolved conflicts (on any level) • Risks mgmt and mitigation • Control tasks execution, check time reporting, resolve dependencies, blockers, and issues• Have tracked and managed evolvement of unit tests writing, E2E tests, CI\CD questions, measuring product performance, helped the team to test and troubleshoot production and high severity bugs

Project: Internal research project.Team Size: 10 in total: 3 BE developers, 2 to 5 FE developers, 1 QA, 1 automation tester, 1 DevOps, 1 BA Project Role: Delivery ManagerTasks performed: • At this project, I was a Delivery manager fully responsible for the whole project: • Budget • Staffing; • Establishing delivery governance on the project. Selected the delivery approach and required processes/workflows to execute the project within given constraints: scope, timeline, budget, quality, team, risks, and customer satisfaction. • Providing transparency in delivery status via reporting; • Managing risks to prevent/mitigate negative consequences and utilize opportunities; • Managing stakeholders and their expectations via gathering feedback from the customer, especially fixing existing issues with unhappy stakeholders • Taking the lead in solving all the questions on the project, no matter what kind they are - technical, infrastructure, HR, administrative - any kind.
