Technology built and deployed by our group is used in hundreds of deployed, and award-winning, natural language deployments worldwide. My particular focus has been in cutting edge research in the areas of natural language, dialog management, and finding ways to productize these ideas, with the end goal of improving customer experience while increasing self-service automation.(Viecore was bought by Nuance Communications in 2007.)
