I’ve been very fortunate to experience all phases of planning complex large-scaled communities. From initial feasibility studies, conceptual master planning, entitlements and further coordination with regulatory bodies, to the continued refinements of the plan. I love being a meaningful contribution across many markets. Specifically, I have worked closely with our Tempe office on several projects in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. I love the cross-collaboration between our offices. My work has included numerous projects in Texas and the Southwest including these notable favorites: Headwaters – a beautiful new community in Dripping Springs, TX in collaboration with Freehold Communities. My favorite aspect of this development is the vast open spaces that preserve the ranch heritage for 1,000 households owning their own piece of the hill country just 20 minutes from downtown Austin.Orchard Ridge – a community with a fresh, new style in Liberty Hill, TX delivered by Freehold Communities. This development embodies a great team vision and client dedication to community character throughout the residential design guidelines to the community gardens.Victory @Verrado – the small-town charm in the community nestled against the White Tank Mountains, in Buckeye, Arizona working with DMB. One of the biggest design challenges within the Victory District was to meaningfully integrate 3 distinct circulation networks (vehicular, path & trail and golf) while also trying to manage development costs.Coyote Springs – a community in a magnificent valley surrounded by majestic mountains and peaks on all four sides in Nevada. They call it “Nature’s Cradle” with its vast scale of 43,000 acres. This is a unique project for me, as I initially worked on it as an intern and today day serve as the planning lead. Trinity Falls – a successful performing community in McKinney, Texas. Encore at Eastmark – the award winning active adult community in Mesa, Arizona.
