Part of development team for Sideledges, creating Interface Control Drawings, conception of Ditching Lifeline.

Cabinet Engineering Department, Global Express, XRS and G6000 (BD-700)Water System Specialist (Galley, Lavatories, Shower), Sideledge Specialist/Team Leader responsible for design and integration of Sideledges and Sideledge/Aircraft Structures interface,ECS Ducting and Electrical Wiring. Engineering Focal for group to Workshop, Customer Design Engineering and Avionics. Responsible for new mechanical designs of assemblies and installations (including electrical installations) on XRS project. Preparation of training documentation for Water systems. Direct work with customers in the field as design lead. Monuments also included Divan Armrests, Galley, Bulkheads, Lavatories, Tables and Wardrobes.

Design, layout, and detailing of sheet metal and mechanical components/Structures for conversion of Canadair CL-415 from Fire-fighting role to multi-purpose Search & Rescue aircraft. Responsibilities include Para-drop modification, which encompassed a removable Guide Pole and Static Line installation and Jump Lights. Structural provision for VHF/UHF Radio Antennas, GPS Antennas, and crew Intercom equipment. Work on other Avionics equipment included Side Looking Airborne Radar, Forward Looking Infra-Red Radar, Direction Finder, and Mission Operator Console cabinet design.

Flight Simulators, Commercial & Military Rotor and Fixed wing Aircraft Design, layout, and detailing of mechanical components for Commercial aircraft including Boeing 737 thru 777, Fokker 100, Airbus A-320 thru 340, and Canadair RJ-200 and 700, and Military Aircraft including Eurocopter EC-135 and Lockheed C-130. Team leader of support group to shop floor for control loading issues on all simulators, and liaison between Mechanical Engineering department and Assembly/Manufacturing. Areas of work included Electronic Packaging, Aircraft Interior layout and design, including Seating and framework, Cabinet fabrications and Assemblies, Aircraft Control Assemblies and Installations, Rack-mount chassis equipment, Panel design and component layout.

Drafting and Design of components mainly in the Pulp & Paper field. Responsibility of Organization, Drafting and some design of line of Fluid Jet Equipment, including Thermocompressors, Heaters, & Desuperheaters, while working closely with Engineering team. Team Leader for group of six draftsmen. Responsible for assigning of work, liaison with Machine Shop, follow-up on stock material and castings.
