Rijkswaterstaat started a new project to develop a new updated web application that will inform road users about current issues of traffic information and external factors. The web application was built by an external supplier and was ready in the acceptance environment to undergo a final test. In addition to testing, advice was also requested.Within the scrum team, I was responsible to test new functionalities of the web application. In this I had: - Made findings on the functionality of the web application based on established requirements. - Exploratory Testing performed on different browsers and devices. - The opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge about Robot Framework in practice and gain experience with it.- To review the findings found by colleagues to ensure quality.- Qualified, prioritized the findings and tested with colleagues.- involved the stakeholders and inform them daily about the current state of affairs.- To prepared a report in which advice on the found findings.

I followed various courses that will form the fundamental part of the role Test Engineer. The courses are: Agile / Scrum, SQL, TMAP, HTML, XML, SOAPUI, Java, Selenium IDE/ Visual studio code, Fitnesse.With the acquired knowledge that I have gained i applyed for a project for the HR department where they replaced the HR software from Raet to ADP.

Several projects:• Manual BIM Task Sequence Deployment Officer at BAM infra Nederland. Providing support with the roll-out of AutoCAD/Revit installation. • As supportworker at Heart Foundation. The focus was on modelling and describing the knowledgemanagement process. Furthermore assisting in processing various documentation in (articles, books, publications) a database system. This is to make the information available for the internal employees.• Supportworker at Nexus Verus. Responsible for answering customer questions, instructing customers about the use of the e-invoicing system and escalating incidents to 2nd line support. Furthermore carrying out daily checks on the incoming invoices. I checked whether the invoices were correctly processed by the e-invoicing system.• Providing support with several workplace migration projects at Inos Stichting Katholiek Onderwijs, Hout-en Meubilering college (HMC). The focus was on configuring laptops and chrome books and setting up workplaces.

Duo to the strong growth of consultants and offering training/courses to external IT professionals, it was necessary to improve and professionalizing the Academy processes( signing in, planning and evaluation). I analyse the different processes to discover problems and inefficiencies in the processes. These processes were modeled in different languages as UML and BPMN before analyzing. In order to managed the expectations of the stakeholders I drew and describe a solutions to optimize these processes.
