Program and Report Manager

Manage operation of the Hyannis, Falmouth & Orleans Employment, and Unemployment Insurance Services-. Assign and review work to meet objectives and insure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards. Conduct on the job training and arrange for other pertinent training to keep staff informed of new or revised procedures and motivated to do their best. Explain laws, regulations and policies to the public and staff. Evaluate the work of subordinates to measure effectiveness and locate problem areas in order to take corrective action to improve unit performance. Prepare a variety of reports on staffing, goals, and special programs. Interview and select numerous volunteers and work experience applicants to work in the Hyannis Career Center. Coordinate with Management to have equipment installed and utilized. Train Staff and volunteers from various Career Centers in use of MOSES Computer System.
