• Lead IT team in the planning, development, implementation and service support of business solution to meet business needs. Be responsible for guiding the team, managing the business stakeholders, formulating the product/ solution roadmap, as well as ensuring high service quality standard in solution delivery and operation • Solution Planning & Delivery: 1. External: Align and work together with business, regional/ global to formulate IT solution plan and roadmap; ensure solution meet China business requirements 2. Internal: Lead IT solution delivery team that supports business growth • Project Management: 1. Be a Project Management champion and ensure the assigned project managers have the project management disciplines adhered to (e.g. quality assurance, communications plan, change management plan, risk management, issue management, etc.) 2. As IT owner in Project Steering Committee to address request/ issues regarding scope, schedule and resources 3. Oversee the implementation of the project plan. This includes ensuring customers’ expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives • Vendor Management: 1. Select and/or participate in selection of strategic vendors whom provide enterprise solution and services 2. Manage vendor performance to ensure delivery and deployment time frame, service level are met • People/Relationship Management: 1. Effectively supervise, manage performance, and ensure staff development for direct reports 2. Provide on-going coaching and mentoring to team members 3. Build strong relationships between teams within IT and between IT and related operation and business teams 4. Maintain professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations
