In those teams, we have built systems for shaping broad goals into actionable plans and ensuring precision execution; we have found novel ways to use data to improve resource allocation; we systematized the collection of leading measures across 500+ employees and 24/7 operations to reach our client service goals. In short, we have had to solve highly complex challenges rapidly in order to ensure our life-saving mission is fulfilled.
