Direct of Sales for Kicker 108, Coast 102, Z95, WROA and WGCM. Direct the sales team of the Mississippi Gulf Coast's only locally owned radio group. With a tower taller than the Empire State Building our 100,000 watt stations reach from the Twin Spann in New Orleans, Louisiana, the eastern shore of Mobile, Alabama to Laurel, Mississippi.

Leads staff and volunteers to ensure goals and objectives are met by focusing on training and development. Promotes the ACS and its programs in the external market place. Leads market area in support of a sales organization. Develops and leverages the Volunteer Leadership Structure for assigned area. Serves as the primary community contact for major mission-based initiatives.Coaches staff to follow a defined sales methodology to achieve performance objectives and job responsibilities through the utilization of volunteers.Develops and nurtures relationships with key business and healthcare leaders in the community (e.g., Hospital Administrators, Top Employers).Oversees learning and development plans for staff and ensures required learning and training occurs.Directly supervises staff and conducts annual goal setting and performance evaluation sessions. Coaches and provides performance feedback on a regular, ongoing basis. Accompanies staff in the field on a routine and as needed basis to provide on-the-job training and to assess performance and learning needs. Responsible for creating a culture in their assigned territory that fosters cooperation, collaboration and teamwork. May be directly responsible for some fund-raising or Health Initiative programs.Thorough knowledge of the assigned territory and in-depth understanding of the needs and resources in the community. Solid command of the ACS mission, programs and offerings and can articulate the benefits of these programs to potential community partners and sponsors. Leads staff to cultivate relationships in order to recruit new volunteers and maintain existing volunteer relationships.Designs and oversees an appropriate Volunteer Leadership Structure for their assigned territory. Leverages this structure to facilitate staffs’ achievement of their goals and objectives. Manages financial resources within the established budget to ensure good stewardship.
