In 2002 I was promoted to Director of Sales: Africa, Asia, and Europe. I was hand-picked to integrate ESAA commercial organization into global sales and application engineering team. 2003 arrived and I was named Vice President & General Manager: Europe. Fast forward to 2005, I became Global Vice President of Sales & Application Engineering. I turned around their underperforming Sealing Systems Group sales organization with communication issues; established commercial team in China to support emerging markets. Locations: United States, Mexico, Germany, Italy, France, UK, South Africa, and China.
